Before Appointment
All ddocuments signers should be physically present and carry valid and unexpired Government issued photo id with signature for identity verification (e.g., US State Driver's License/ID Card, US Passport, US Military ID, Foreign Passport with unexpired USCIS authorization, etc.)
• Carry all originals that require certification or attestation along with supporting documents.
• Do not pre-sign or date the documents that require notarization. The date on the notarial certificate must be the actual date of the notarization. Post dated documents will not be Notarized.
• Except for Signature and Date, completely fill all the sections of document.
• If your documents require two witnesses, your witness can not be an immediate relative. If you are unable to provide second witness, H and B Consultant can provide a witness with a 24 hours notice.
